Did you ever ask yourself a question: “When I am the happiest?”
I always knew what those things are, intuitively, but I have never put them in writing. So, recently I did exactly that and astonishing thing happened …
… I have realized that such list has more power than any of my daring goals.
Then, I started to align my actions towards my goals with this list and in the last 2 weeks I have made more progress then ever before without being overwhelmed, tired or exhausted.
It literally keeps me running 24/7 and recharges my body battery more than a sleep does (yes, I am tracking this with my Garmin watch). I have no idea where does this energy comes from, but it is really exhilarating and empowering to be in such state.
I am sharing my list here and I challenge you to come up with your own. You know it already and it will take you not more than 10 minutes to write them down.
Strategizing, thinking and clarifying my goals and priorities
Coding (SQL, Zoho Deluge) and producing original design and content
Designing and automating business systems and processes
Hiking with friends
Travelling and exploring new places with my wife and kids
Practicing guitar and singing
Reading/listening books and continuously improving my skills and mindset
Teaching and mentoring
